Location: Somewhere between raising hell and Amazing Grace		He hasn't stepped off a shoe since October of last year or so......when I started using the farrier that I currently use.....

Farrier stopped out this past Wednesday to toss front shoes on an older horse.....he said he was going on vacation the next day.....I was joking with him and said just because he was leaving for vacation and the barrel bash was this weekend in carthage......that my horse would step a shoe off.....

That's the last time I'll make that joke.......so I guess I'm cutting down trees this weekend instead of barrel racing :)

Aw dangit!

My farrier set me up with an extra front and back shoe shaped and ready to go that I keep in my trailer. That way all I have to do is find someone to put it on.

Mine tossed his first one in 9 or 10 months at 5pm the night before we left for BRF in Lincoln. I've never tipped my farrier so well as I did when he came out that night and reset him.
