Location: True North Strong and Free | Not sure if this link will work but here goes ! This is a testiment to having your horse on a good joint and health supplement all his life :)This is my 21 yr old BS Paint. He has not seen a barrel in 2 1/2 yrs. My daughter's main horses were lame so we had to pull the old guy out of the field. He only had a short legging up time and no arena work at all. He suprised everyone with 3 awesome runs at a biggish race meet in very wet heavy conditions. He got 3rd in the 2D average. My daughter had a bit of a problem remembering his style as her others are way different as you can tell by her comentary lol. Anyway proud of him and my daughter. Show me pics or runs of your older horses !! https://www.facebook.com/#!/photo.php?v=10152126852528513&set=vb.699013512&type=2&theater Here's another one a couple of years earlier in a run off for a trailer...he came second https://www.facebook.com/#!/photo.php?v=1254323959129&set=vb.1260455706&type=3&theater

Location: Conroe, TX 77304 | I have a 23 year that is still running in the bottom of the 1D or top of the 2D (in a race withouyt about 100 or 200). Never had to be injected for anything and runs hard as she can with all of her heart. We always say she isn't good for anything but barrel racing. Love her to death. |

| So what have you had him on? He looks awesome. My retired mare is 21 and she did not winter well this year. |

He is on a senior feed, stabilized ground flax, PureForm's Support One, local grass hay. When he is being worked I add Glucosamine Plus to up his joint support. Never had an injection either. |

| I have a 21 year old gelding that is a son of Takin On The Cash. He won the Great Lakes Circuit Finals in 2008. He's still running strong in the 1/2D. He gets mostly alfalfa, a little bit of coastal, Omolene 500, MSM, and Acetyl D Glucosamine injections every week. He looks better than any of the horses in my barn, and everyone guesses that he is closer to 10 than 20! |

| Here is my old man. Nate. He's 19 here, but 20 this year. Never had injections or anything. Been consistent 3D his whole life.
Second pic is of my mom's pleasure horse turned barrel horse. She was 16 when we taught her barrels. In this pic I think she was 24 or 25.

| This is my old man. He was my jr/high school rodeo horse. Retired at 20 he refused to accept retirement so last year at 23 I put him back to work. I hauled him as my pole horse and he was very consistent 21/22 sec all year. In fact the first pole run after 3 years off was a 23. I am planning on hauling him this year as well (at 24), still hoping I can find him a little girl to run him so he does not haft to carry my butt lol. This pic was last year.

Location: Do I hear Banjos? | This is my oldie but a goodie. Jackpot was 21 at the time of these pictures. He is a few years older now and we mostly just trail ride these days. He is solid and I've done everything from barrels, drill team, parades, and competitive trail with him. He just does what you ask. In his former life he was a good header as well.
I look sooooo ridiculous in the first one especially...but it was a fundraiser type thing and super hot that day. We were havin fun and gettin after it. The pics are on the run home unfortunately...not going round the can.

| Here is Bank The Cash my oldie he is 32 this year but picture is from 2012. He looks great this year still . He is a son of Dash For Cash and Lady Bugs Moon he hasn't done much in years but we still jump on him from time to time and give him a spin. He has a 105 SI with somewhere around 45 outs against the toughest horses running then and he doesn't have a bump on him still sound as can be. I love him just wish he could have sired more.

Location: Jersey Girl | This is Cutters Buddy Badger aka Hoppy. He will turn 22 in August. I can do just about everything and anything on this horse and have had him for 10 yrs. We aren't speed demons by any stretch of the imagination but he has gotten me a check the last 2 shows in the 4D. LOVE this horse. Sad that I will need to retire him soon.

Location: Kansas | I don't have any real recent pics of my Joker on this computer but he's 21 and still going strong, though on a limited schedule. Here's a rodeo run from last year - I am strongly considering taking him up there again this year because of this run & one other from their July rodeo when it was dry. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tT42vJG_VUQ and the July run (5th out of 24 and it paid 4. I think we were 5/1000ths from placing): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z85Tg985liE Interstates Rodeo Association Finals, 2013. He ran a 13.311 and a 13.373 the rounds I rode him, barely out of the money both nights - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=swPDTY3_Y8o |

 Can You Hear Me Now?
Location: When you hit the middle of nowhere .. Keep driving | Ike (left) & Pal (right), my second mom and I have had them since they were 3 and 6 years old. They are now 18 and 21. We got them 2 months apart and they have been together their entire lives, we even bought them from the same owner lol. I wouldn't trade them for the world and are mostly retired now, fat and happy. The bay will tote around anyone and I have 100% faith in him. I showed him when I was in highschool in barrels, poles and he taught me a lot. He will likely be used for a few lessons this summer for my boyfriends niece who has never ridden. He has a sticky stifle. The palomino has a bit of the heaves and just does trail rides once in a blue moon. Can't ask for better boys and we love them.
