Subject: Triple Crown Low Starch.... Wheat product?

Location: Texas		So Triple Crown Low Starch is supposed to be good for a "low starch" diet, but the number one ingredient is wheat, which I understand that grains are a no-no with these diets. Can someone explain this to me?
