Can anyone please give me some advice on where i can find a generic entry form (?) for a barrel race.. We have put on many Rodeos, but never just a barrel race.. any help would be great!

Is it a one day race?
Are you just offering an open race?
Youth? Senior? Incentive classes?
Exhibitions? Office charge?

Exhibitions 4:30-6:30pm $5 or 3 for $15
7pm Open 4D $50 plus $5 office fee - 1/2 1/2 whole second splits.
3D Youth and 3D Senior incentives $25 with full second splits - run in same draw. MUST declare if you would like to carry time over or run twice when singing up!

Your rules etc. should be separate from your entry form. You will see what I mean when you read the form I sent you.
