Location: Oologah, Oklahoma		There are 4 Kildeer eggs in the middle of my culdesac right now just absolutely roasting in the hot sun. On blacktop too. Dumb bird!!!!!! lol

Really great birds. Each year we have a few of them who nest in the flatter parts of the pastures, where there are more rocks. June/July seems to be a bit late in the season for killdeers, the last nest I saw around here was in April. Although I did see one in early June when I was in Wisconsin, the bird actually ran out of the nest and was acting aggressive. Never seen that before.
