I'm hungry but don't know what I want so what's everyone else having that I could make that would be quick and easy. Keep in mind I'm 21 and my cooking skills aren't the best. I don't know how to light the grill so nothing grilled unless it can be on the George Forman.

I think I'm doing chicken, I like the roll the chicken in Italian dressing (the dry mix) top with Parmesan cheese and bake. I usually do 350 for 20 minutes or until done. You can broil it for a few minutes after it's cooked to crisp the cheese.
I usually do a pasta or rice for the side.

Just turn your oven to broil. I don't leave them on broil too long, maybe 3-4 minutes.
But it tastes good without broiling too.

Sushi  last night.
Tonight I am craving pork ribs but still need to google how to prepare them and what to do with them.
I am wondering can you bake them or is the BBQ the only way to go ? It's 99 out and its gross outside !

You can do in,oven. Put then in oven covered in foil put some dry rub at 200 degrees for 3 hours, open oven and foul dump a little grape or apple juice cook another 2 hours at 200 and tye take out of foil and broil with your favorite bbq sauce. I bought a great little smoker from amazon for 67.00 does a great job with pulled pork.

Thank you! We actually have a smoker that is still in the box out in the shop. I may try that next time. Baking the ribs it is tonight !

Baked potato and salad, maybe chicken strips if I have any! I like to chop up a baked potato with peppers and eggs and eat it with tortilias!!
