Saddle fit, help/suggestions

Currently riding my mare in a Double J Pro, but it's bridging. I was told to try something with a flatter tree? or more flare?
The bars are clearly not making contact. I have many more pictures, so if someone is an expert on this and can suggest what brand/style to try I can send you all of the pictures I have. I spoke with Double J about a wide tree, but they're all sold out right now and it will be awhile until I could get one coming.
Thanks for the help in advance

Crown c has a flat tree
Caldwell pro max or maxxed out
PSC saddles flat tree comes in 7.5 or 8 gullet
These are the three that I am aware, caldwell and psc it is a 6-8 month wait on a custom. Crown c it is 3 month wait
Edited after pictures, I don't think you need flat bars, you might need a 10 pozzi tree, a regular crown c bar should fit, but you would need to get the horse fitted as they have all the gullet widths. Pozzi each dealership I was told should have the bare trees for you to fit your horse, as their philosophy you need to fit a bare tree.

wimpyb on here is excellent and can probably help some off of pictures. My horse sounds just like yours to a point and her new Meleta Brown Crates Freedom Fit with the newest tree fit 2 of my hard to fit horses like a glove. Of course since it is a new tree there aren't any out there USED for sale yet :/ so I went ahead and ordered one.
