Location: NC		 I wanted to contact them to get the specs on a saddle from the serial number, but can't find any contact info on their website.   Anyone know how to contact them?

Once I called and set up my demo, they got my email and communicated that way with me. They are super helpful on the phone and also worked with their supply chain to find me a somebody carrying a saddle in stock with the gullet I wanted. :)
