Boosafluke - 2014-08-05 3:00 PM Every Thursday night we open up our training track to barrel racers from 6pm-9pm.  Hot Walker and wash area available for after works.  Some people work alone, some with company, and some just gallop.  We hand clock those that wish to be timed.

Food available as well.  No charge, must show coggins at the gate and sign a release, other than that not alot to it.

Not a barrel race but great for hauling young ones and getting some 'real' wind in those already running.

Come see us!  (check out Facebook Winter Creek Farms, Alex, OK or Eye Soar Alex OK for more info and weekly updates)

Photographer usually available.

Have a great week!

I want to do this so bad!!!  Why, why, why must you be three hours away?!?!

TurnLane:  It looks like it's a 1:35 drive (87 miles) from Tulsa to Horntown!
Well,  we do have extra stalls and runs,  just make a weekend of it sometime and come hang out!

You better mean that..... because I will take you up on it!!

We have a yard out in Lindsay and if wasn't rocked and no place to really keep my barefoot horse I'd haul out some Thursday evening and just stay the night with my husband and head home on a Friday morning!  Maybe he'll need to work a weekend sometime soon or my weekends will be free and I'll head out!

clover girl - 2014-08-05 3:43 PM There is a $600 added Memorial Race for Patti Shook at Bartlesville Sunday night.

Series starts at the new indoor in Mounds.

Also a jackpot race at Okmulgee Saturday morning.
Any where I can find more info on that Okmulgee jackpot?

Here is what was on my Facebook.  BTW It may say 10am sharp, but don't count on that 10 am either that or the calf ropers will take FOREVER.

Now, now.... when have you ever known calf ropers to take a long time??!?!

Thanks for the info!
