I have hit a creative block and can't decide what pattern I like better!

Should I do dice, like what's on the right side, the 4 aces, slot 7s or one of the lucky 7's?

Well shoot! I can't get the pattern picture to resize :-(

Beautiful, I am all for symmetry so I would do the same thing, but whatever you do I believe it will look amazing
