I am considering purchasing a stallion/barrel horse prospect that is bred to the hilt, so of course comes with a nice price tag. He is also on the other side of the country. He's a yearling. What advice do you all have regarding a prepurchase exam, etc?

teeth, that he has both testicles and a vet SIGNATURE so if he arrives with only one, you can take a course of action. All feet, ankles, knees hocks and stifles. That is my requirement from now on. I would rather spend $1000 than be out $20,000
