Bulls Eye Posts: 6443 Location: Oklahoma	Ice Horse boots. I've used them successfully on rehabbing a horse for a lady I used to ride for. 9x world champion Paint mare in WP, had a suspensory injury and she lived after every ride in her ice boots for 1 hour.

Elite Veteran Posts: 999 Location: Sunny So Cal	Yes I was told only keep them on 20 minutes at a time. After that it doesn't help as much as you think. I think, please correct me if I'm wrong, the blood vessels then open and end up heating the leg up. I ice after a hard work out or at competitions.
