Location: USA | What are they worth? If you had to sell one, how much would you even price them for? |

Location: USA | If they've been bred before they're obviously worth more bc they've proven they can get pregnant and deliver a healthy foal versus a maiden mare, correct? Sorry for all the dumb questions, I'm in unchartered territory and trying to navigate. |

Not necessarily. I'd be concerned if she had foals and then missed years of breeding or hadn't had a foal in a few years. It would make me dig more to try to find the reason....ie..she doesn't take easily, she slipped the foal, she has an infection, they just didn't breed her, etc... |

Location: Washington. (The DRY side.) | For a lot of breeders, what she has on the DAMS side is a huge factor.(Though for some, the Only thing they care about is "who's her daddy.") You could have a daughter of "x", with a great bottom side and sell her for say $15,000 in 5 MINUTES. While you friend has a mare by the same stallion, with a bottom side that makes everyone think."who the heck is THAT", and she is STILL for sale after 5 MONTHS, with an advertised price of $2500.

Ditto this,,,,,and add to that obviously direct daughters of Dash Ta Fame or Frenchmans Guy are going to be in a complete different price bracket then say a daughter of a stallion that stands for $1000. So we need to know own daughters of who? Who's yer daddy and who's yer momma? |

| should be able to find a FG daughter or other for 6500.00. I've seen some come and go for that price not old either actually still very young. The trick is having $ and pouncing when you see one. |

The ones that come around cheap are usually not proven performers or producers and/or lack a strong maternal side or possibly have repro issues. There's a bay FG daughter on facebook right now for $6500 but her bottom side isn't real impressive. |
