Does anyone know where I could find any information on their test ride program? Would love to test out the FX3 and Crown C. I just can't find any information about their test ride program on their website, I know they have one though.

903-454-8644 is the # listed for the Greenville office in which Tracy and Brian work in.  I took my horse down to be fitted and they let me leave with a loaner to see what I thought and I kept it for about two weeks until I could locate one for my horse.

Call Charlie at Martin. He sent out a crown c for me and covered the shipping. I had to pay for the shipping back but it wasn't much. Go onto their website and scroll down to the bottom for the phone #. Just ask for Charlie

Are there any fees associated with having one sent to you to try out? I know that with the Double J test ride program, they use to make you put a credit card down so they could charge you for the saddle, then refund you once it was returned.

I think this differs by person.  I was told when I had my horse fitted at the BBR finals in April, the test was about 30 days.  But when I talked to Jesse (not who I talked to in OKC), he said about 2 weeks... hmmm.

They probably have no policy set in stone. I returned mine to them because it was huge. I bought one that fit my horse better.

Do they allow you to choose seat size and gullet width of the test saddle, or do they just send you one?

you choose, that is how you decide if it fits.  If they don't have exactly what you are needing, they will send the closest thing they have.

My gelding needed an 8.5X15, but all they had was a 7.5X15.5  It worked well enough until I get exactly what I needed.

Where are you at in Oregon? I know Wagon Wheel Feed, whose located in Creswell, is having someone from Martin come down and do fittings for people. Last I had heard, she still had a few openings. They were going to be at an arena to allow you to try them out after being fitted. I wanted to go, but don't have the time.

I'm in WI and I also spoke with Jesse. He sent it all the way here, covered shipping both ways and was going to let me try another saddle but the one he sent worked well so I ordered one. No credit card on file, just an address to drop it off at and he let me keep it two weeks. Awesome, awesome customer service.
