| NOt sure if it's chemo brain, old age, or the poison from the red ant, I used my ex's envoy to run to town yesterday. After shopping I jump in the SUV and the key won't turn... I take it out turn the key around, wiggle the steering wheel, and make sure it's in park... Sucker still won't turn... I take the key out and almost cry, I don't have time for this crap. I put the key back into the ignition and try one more time.... and a young man and his daughter open the door and ask me "What are you doing?" I look at him look at the truck and say "I'm trading up!" I get out of HIS truck he's shaking his head at me.... I look at him and say "It's all about the stories! This should be a good one." In my defense he owned an Envoy.... The fact his was dark blue and the one I drove was dark green, what can I say?
I just hope my kids don't decide I can't live alone. |

| It isn't an old age thing. A friend went to Sea World in Flordia and it started pouring rain. They decided to head to the rental car since most of the park was closing due to the rain. They rented a silver Subaru and parked way out in the south forty. Well they get to the same area and unlock the doors and get in. Turns out the key wouldn't start it and their stuff was missing. They realize hey this is the wrong car. Now they go looking again and same thing happens they unlock the car get in and nope not this one. Finally they found their rental on the third try. He felt bad for the people of the first car they jumped in since they were all soaking wet from the rain. After all that happened he did remember at the rental place they did have a ton of those cars. |
