They are BOT flies. They will go away but you might want to worm them. They are the bots that get into their system and hatch. They get out that way.

I think that's only in humans.... Once a horse ingests the larvae it stays in there stomach for a while and then is passed through in their feces and the larvae stays in the feces until it emerges as a fly and starts the process over.

Ya we dont have poisonous snakes, fire ants, and I havent seen chiggers but you cant any way hahaha. I Will probably worm soon any way its about that time :-
