Did they not put tracking numbers on the shipments.... you would think they would have to ensure that they aren't lost. And I bet the producer or maker would have bought insurance on the shipment, they need to turn it in and remake and send you another one.

I contacted them in October, November, and now its December and the most of an answer I've got is that they shipped in October. I always look forward to this run every year but after this I doubt I'll enter again. There's too many other producers that actually try to help and fix mistakes.
