What are some of your favorite races in the southern and southeastern states? Starting to plan for 2015! Went to the NBHA World for the first time ever and really enjoyed it! Not qualified for 2015 but looking into other fun shows with good ground, added $, etc!

Diamonds & Dirt is March in Bryan Tx. There's The Mega in August, Non member race at BBR world finals(best association to run in imo) in April. CC5D's in Stephenville are fun, Lucky Dog puts on good races, Twin Lakes arena in Fairfield Tx is starting up big this year with a saddle series and then a big race in March. ANHA in Waco in August. The final American qualifier is in Glenrose end of January which is gonna be a blast.

I'm sure i'm missing some but thats all I can think of right now...

Thank you! I'm near the SE so probably won't be going to TX, maybe one day! :) I was considering the Mega!!

Presidents Cup is in February next year. It's held in Augusta at the Hippodrome. They also host the Dixie Nationals in April. I LOVE the Hippodrome. Favorite place ever.

Shamrock Showdown in March in Jacksonville FL.

Georgia Sports Arena has a really good added money series that goes all year long I believe. They have shows Friday and Saturdays every month I think.

Colonials are in Lexington VA in August.

Lots of local NBHA shows all over the southeast with plenty of decent sized combined shows to choose from. I run NC00 so I run all over the place.

You might want to specify your home state and traveling distance you want. I went to the Mega, All American Youth (my horse anyways), Holiday Classic, Lucky Dog Series, my local NBHA and all the small BBR events I could find. But i'm located in Mississippi.

For the winter/spring there is Kudzu Klassic in Holly Springs to the North of me. Coyote Run  has a website even more North of me for a winter series. NBHA all over. Several new year shows. Platinum Productions hosts several events as well as Deep South Productions. I highly suggest the drive to Crawfish Craze in Monroe. A very well run event, good payout, and lots of fun. PM me if you need any more details. Everything I mentioned took place in Holly Springs, Hattiesburg, Jackson, Tunica, Verona, MS and Searcy & Texarkana, AR. Memphis, TN. Some shows in Montgomery, Priceville, Decatur, AL. I haven't been to the Alabama shows but maybe this year. Kenny Lane (FB) puts on some great events under Diamond L Productions I believe.

Since you're an NBHA member, Dixie Nationals on the SC/GA line, and the Colonials in Lexington, Va. The Lexington facility is really nice, I recommend that one.
There are usually several shows in Asheville at the WNC Ag Center.
CBHNews usually has a pretty good schedule of shows in the SC/NC/VA area.

jacksonville Shamrock Showdown, Dixie Nationals in Augusta SC, Iv heard the Georgia Sports Arena shows are great. Florida NBHA State show is a blast in Kissimmee in June. Tour of Champions in Florida is usually good...it is a different place every month.

Georgia Sports arena puts on a great series with awesome payout for much lower fees than the big nbha shows. You should really check it out.
