Directions for Bach's Rescue Remedy?
I Don't Brag
Posts: 6960
Can anyone tell me how to use Bach's Rescue Remedy for horses? I went to their website and it said to put 2 drops into a 30 ml bottle and use that? Anyone have any actual experience and results from using it?
I have a mare that is horribly attached to another. I would like to haul them both but her behavior when separated affects her performance. She is 20 years old and I just got her last June, so I don't think the patience post is going to do her much good at this time in her life. Originally I could not turn them out together as both were aggressive. When I finally took the chance, she lost the dominance "battle" and now can't stand for the other mare to be out of her sight
(she is OK when I haul her alone
), to the point of running and screaming constantly where I could not keep weight on her.
Instructions on the Remedy or other suggestions are appreciated.

30 minutes or so, and it would last 2-3 hours maybe. It depends on the horse, really. Experiment and see.

This is what I did for my horse, too. I had to repeat it the first time, but it did help. I even used it on myself and it did help.
