Well usually I work 4pm to midnight, sometimes I work 4pm to 4am, and on weekends I work 10am to 10pm. I never stay up, just get up between 10 and 1 usually and take care of everything in the afternoon. It SUCKS.

This is true! I have an internal clock as well...but a lot of it is I can tell by the
position of the sun in the sky and shadows what time it is.
