| I take a multi-vitamin and an Airborne daily and this may sound strange but I drink apple cider vinegar daily - about 1/4 Cup in water. Everyone around me has been sick and I haven't been yet - KNOCK ON WOOD. Also I get 8.0 hrs of sleep a night - to me, that is VITAL, if I skimp on sleep, I get sick. |

Location: Four Corners Colorado | Epicor and D3. That combination keeps me from catching every little bug going around. I also started my nephew on it this year when he was living with me and he didn't catch a single cold or bug as school when last few years he missed tons of school and was sick all the time. This is the best deal http://www.amazon.com/Healthy-Origins-EpiCor-500-Capsules/dp/B0010YAFCI

| I've used Native Remedies - Immunity Plus. Just put a few drops in some water and drink it morning and night. I also use One Silver, when we start to get sick and it really helps. Start both at the beginning of flu season and our house hold usually stays pretty healthy.

Make sure you're drinking enough water.
Cut way back on sugar and refined carbs or any foods you might be sensitive to. |

| I was dealing with this a little over a year ago... I started taking a multi-vitamin 1x a day and drinking lots of water. I usually drink a minimum of 72oz water a day (3 24oz bottles) and I make sure to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep, no exceptions.
I was having some weird symptoms and through bloodwork, he said my white blood cells were dangerously low. Funny thing was, I hadnt been sick but he stated my body must have been fighting stuff off left and right to cause them to get that way. |

Location: Texas | Cut out (or way back) refined foods--white flour, sugar, processed foods, etc. Drink lots of water. Eats lots of fruits & veggies, whole grains, lean meats, and some dairy (if you don't have issues with it). Take a good multi-vitamin. Exercise daily -- whether it's a 30 min walk or something more strenuous.
If none of that changes things, go to the doctor. I do all the above. In the last two years, the only illness I have come down with is strep (thanks to my 5 y.o.) The crazy thing, I didn't even feel like I had it. The day after he tested positive, I looked at my throat and saw the white spots. Dang.
The above isn't easy, but you would be amazed at the impact of what we eat has on our health. |
