Phil Haugen, Weatherford, OK, will conduct a Horsemanship Clinic at Mound City, KS March 14-15. It is listed on the Events page on BHW. I have had a question about the scheduling and fees.
Total cost
for
two
days is $225 for adults and $60 for youth under 18. Thanks to our local sponsors
(20
) for tuition assistance for both youth and adults. Stalls and hook ups are free. Enrollment is limited. Contact information is on the Events Page listing on BHW.

There is room for 3 more youth and 4 adults in the Phil Haugen clinic. Phil will share the knowledge he has gained from putting the foundation on nearly 2000 horses. Young horses that he has started or finished have gone on to win approximately $2 million in arena events including NFR barrel and calf horses. Details of the clinic are on his site at

I have his colt starting DVD and like it... is this clinic for starting horses or putting a better finish on broke horses?
