Oh my...lol!I'm not sure how I'd feel about neighbor lady. I mean, I am the giver of rhubarb bars. I will make them for anyone, any time. Pot luck? Rhubarb bars. Christmas? Rhubarb bars. Funeral? Rhubarb bars. Mostly just because I know my rhubarb bars are the rhubarbiest, not because I have the hots for anyone
