It says"Don't let pain and soreness keep you on the sidelines. Get back in the Game with NASA-Developed Light Therapy Technology. I was just wondering if it would work on horses.

Maybe, not deep enough for some areas, but plenty deep enough for tendon/ligament injuries in the legs and many other areas of the body.
