Location: Oklahoma | I've been letting kiddo ride Duncan around and yesterday she felt comfortable enough to trot him on the rail in the arena. I was a little nervous, but Duncan loves her and responded to her like I could have only hoped!!!!! Please forgive her heels not being completely down all the time, we are working on that. I think it is safe to say, she will be taking over his reins full time in the future... that gives me time to work on the others!!!

Location: Oklahoma | It's definitely amazing that out of all the horses we have... the stud is who is the best with her. Maybe it was the fact they were raised together... All I do know for certain is that if he even passes on 75% of his temperament to his foals, people will have amazing all around horses that will do anything and everything! Thanks Herbie for the kind words about him... people have called him just a pasture ornament lately because he hasn't officially started his show career, but if he takes care of the kiddo, he's won the World in my eyes. |

Other peoples' opinions have no baring on our individual successes. It isn't what the world sees us win that determines victory, but rather the goals we set for ourselves and our horses and our ability to achieve them! Good for you and your daughter for enjoying your horse any way you want to. :) |
