If you want something that helps with muscle too I would try the Muscle Mass with joint/arthritis blend or you can ask them to have Bob make you up a stronger version of the joint. But it would be a blend anymore but a custom formula.

To avoid breaking the bank I would recommend Oxy-Gen Xtreme it helps build the lungs and respiratory system, digestive system, and has plenty of joint care at 44,000 mg of Glucosamine HC, 44,000 mg of Glucosamine Sulfate, and 7,273 mg of glucosamine.
