Please wait 1/2 hour before posting again." Really? Sorry...I am on here for maybe 10 minutes a day. Don't have time to wait for a half hour. Does anyone else get this message?

I usually get it if I respond to a post, and then accidentally hit submit again or my computer freezes and I refresh it or something like that, where it thinks I'm trying to post the same thing again.
