...just for one day.  I don't know how many inches we received but I am really tired of this rain.  I am just asking for it to stop but just slow down.  At one spot, it was over 2 feet deep.

I Love it!
I'm sure I would've found my inner child and played in it.
I just don't like the mess the storms leave behind is all. I'm all for rain if it fills up our lakes and ponds. We need it!

My back yard is also a lake. It also has an actual pond behind it, lol. My filly lost shoe after shoe in the mud.

We still have water standing EVERYWHERE... I am very thankful for the rain and green grass (because we will probably have a drought next year) but it is really starting to put a damper on things we need to do. It has also been a chore to keep shoes on 23 ranch horses who have to work in the mud everyday.

So far we have gotten10-1/4" of rain this month.  I am so ready for it to stop.  If you don't have a covered arena, you are out of luck.  Waiting on my husband to win the lottery to start construction.

If It was a place where people could see me I'd bring out a lawn chair and practice casting my buzz baits..
