Craig Cameron (I know, I know, he's not a barrel horse trainer) has a drill called the daisy chain. I love it. You can use pylons, poles, barrels, whatever you like.  You can also adjust the size to whatever fits your needs. It's on you tube & it's in his newest book. I do think that whatever drill you do, the success if the drill is direct result of how well the rider executes it. Your body position supports your horse's correct body position.

Ohh, I didn't know that one, I like it!
My riding spot is too small to put it up for a lope, but I can do it at a walk and trot, and I bet it will still help.

Any way you can post the link to the Craig Cameron Daisy Chain exercise? I love CC!! Couldn't find the video on Youtube though :(
