Location: sunny california		wondering if anyone knows about vacation home loans. I have a primary residence and bought a vacation home out of state with 10% down. it has paid down to 70% of value. Is there any way to change it  as a rental and buy a different house as a vacation home with only 10% down? or am i stuck with needing 20% down on the next home purchase?
