Location: sunny california | it is kinda funny that so many want to be seen as experts. when i go to an expert to sell my horse;I expect an honest transaction.Part of brokering a horse would be evaluating that horses worth. if i do not know what I have because I am a greenie then I expect the the expert will honestly evaluate the horse and get me the most money they can for the horse. upping the price and pocketing the extra is unethical on so many levels. |

| The mare looks just like the mare on the dynasty equine site. She had her under the name of Buttercup. Im guessing Fallon was the broker? |

No Fallon was not the broker, that's not the same horse. The one i'm looking for is a little bit lighter and she was sold by the name "Daizy", registered name "Cuttin Clarita" |

Location: Where I am happiest | I just typed her name into google. I was hoping I would see a happy buyer post on her facebook page. If it was me, I'd post on that facebook page under the horse and ask who bought that horse. http://valleyviewranch.net/sold_9.htm

I keep hoping for that too.. It would make this much easier.
This a woman I see all the time in my area, I'm afraid if I take this to facebook it would look immature. |

How funny... I've had several of the Clarita Frank horses. I have a grandson of his now. Frank stood in Oklahoma and produced a lot of really nice using horses. |

Location: West Texas | I agree this is completely wrong. Did the seller contract have anything prohibiting you from the details of the sale or information of the buyer?
I had a customer that was interested in one of the valley view horses for sale. I will no longer be looking there at all or sending any business that way.
Also, to the people that think that it is ok to sell the horse above what the seller wants and keeping the money, what the hell is wrong with you? To the question wondering what to do with the extra money if you do sell it for more.....I have your answer:
YOU GIVE IT TO THE SELLER (YOUR CUSTOMER) AND KEEP THE COMMISSION ON THE FULL AMOUNT!!!
So if the seller wanted 5,000 and you sell for 10,000. The seller gets 8,000 instead of 4,000 and you get 2,000 instead of 1,000! I am a little worked up about the lack of morality that I am seeing here.
