I'll be heading to Rood and Riddle with my gelding Tuesday.  I've always heard great things about them but haven't ever been. I'll specifically be visiting the equine podiatry department. They are addressing my navicular gelding and shoeing him. Are they expensive? Do they do really good work?
Any info is appreciated!

They do good work but, YES, they are expensive. Scott Morrison was the vet that worked on my horse. They are thorough but expect to pay for it. Good luck with your horse.

A friend of mine is a farrier for them. They do phenomenal work!!!! Price really depends on what they are doing. I have had friends spend anywhere from 500 to 800. Again depends on what they are fixing or doing, your horse will be in the best of hands.

your horse will be in good hands... yes, Scott Morrison (if he's still there) is pricey, but well worth it. I used to use R&R for everything when I lived in Lexington.

The best. Well worth it.  Expensive will depend on your horses needs.
