I wish there were more barrel racing/horsemanship fundamentals type clinics. That truly is a segment of our industry that is lacking. It's obvious any night of the week when you go to a barrel race how many people have never had good, correct instruction in basic horsemanship or even how to adjust their equipment properly. |

| I have personally never met Joy, but at a jackpot here in Colo she overheard my daughter talking about our mare just starting to show signs of ulcers (AGAIN!!) and being sore. Well without saying a word Joy went to her trailer and grabbed a tube of UlcerGard and gave it to my daughter and wouldnt take any money for it. Helping out a kid she never seen before and not expecting anything in return, If that dfoesnt show the character of a person nothing will.
And on another note her horse is frikin awesome, quiet as can be but runs like a BEAST, im sure he can hang with any horse on any given day.  |
