Regular Posts: 82 Location: Midwest	My belt buckle keeps unhooking not just when I am riding but walking as well. I have made several notches in my belt to see if that will help. Hasnt worked. Any advice to keeping those belt buckles hooked?

Take a Picture Posts: 12842	See if you can get someone to bend the little prong a little. Look and see if it is pretty straight. Mine come undone if they are.The ones that are bent do not come undone as easily.

The Advice Guru Posts: 6419	Put the belt on then put a calf ring (the rubber ring used to casterate calves) on the prong, this should secure it from falling out of the hole. I don't suggest riding in a buckle either

Underestimated Underdog Posts: 3971 Location: Minnesota	How old is your belt? I had an older belt that the leather had gotten really soft and my buckle would come undone every so often.
