The Resident Destroyer of Liberal Logic Location: PNW	Is it like maggots?? If so, that's "flyblown" and you clean it and then spray the bejeezus out of it with fly spray, give some antibiotics. If it's a nasty oozey scab thing, probably sore mouth, and it'll need to be medicated along with any other lambs in contact with it - and make sure you wash your hands. I can't tell much from the photos.
