Location: 31 lengths farms | The only ones to me that make any sense for actually riding in are the Classic Equine Pro Techs or the rubber ones for turn out. The Veridus carbons look semi promising too.
I had a pair of leather ones but finally wore them out and couldn't find a pair that fit that didnt' cost an arm and a leg. The pair I had my fiance found in So Cal at a 2nd hand store, LOL!!!

Location: SW MO | I love the CE bells with the Kevlar on the back side, I have never had velcro wear out but I have had bells fray on the backside. The kevlar cut that problem out |

| I've noticed Weavers are longer than some of the others - I had one horse who needed the extra length.
They're all sized differently. I don't recall which ones run which way, but when we shod my little horse he was a 000 shoe and we have a set of larges in one brand that he doesn't really swim in, usually he wears a small pro choice. |

| As fast as we go through bell boots I am always on the hunt for clearance deals. Fleet Farm had a bunch for $4/pr last fall. The checkout gal thought I was crazy buying them out basically. She didn't know I went home and got on their website and ordered more. Everyone in the family who rides got bell boots for Christmas. |

Location: Smack Dab in the Middle | I've had the best luck with fit and longevity out of Classic Equine. Hummer used to wear a pair 24/7 and they'd last at least a year. I wish they still made the pro-tecs like they used to but the regular old bell boots hold up pretty well. I won a new pair of Professional Choice and they're ok, but I still prefer the fit of the CE. I've got a trailer full of them if you'd like to try some :) |

Location: Kansas | I have one horse who needs PC for the height and a couple who can't wear PC because they are too tall. I think every brand lasts about equally but you have to find the brand that fits each horse the best. |

Yep! Classic Equine for arena work and pull on rubber bells when I'm out in the pasture. I had the same experience with Prof Choice bells. They're too tall and end up crumpling. |

| Haven't had much luck with Pro Choice. Have used lassjic Equine for years. Recently I bought several pairs of Weaver and they are very comparable to CE. |

Next on my list to try, though, is Thinline. I have their pads and sports medicine boots and LOVE them.

| I'm not a fan of either of the no turn! At least for me and my horse, they don't go down far enough, and I still lose front shoes way too often for my liking. I only use the rubber turn-out boots now! The are the only ones long enough to actually help him. Although, I'm sure I would have a different opinion if he was grabbing a quarter or something! Thankfully...he NEVER grabs himself, only his shoes haha. My filly on the other hand, I do use the no-turn boots, since she is barefoot and has grabbed a quarter on a few occasions =p |
