Praayers for the people in the Carolinas
Take a Picture

Someone posted a video on facebook showing people in boats swimming horses out of flooded areas. Not only are the horses in danger, but it looks like they are going to be needing hay. Looks like hay stacked in barns was flooded. Send a few prayers their way. The only thing the article said was Lexington County. I live in TX so I really do not know what that is close to. Prayers that all animals are safe and sound.

The southeast part of SC was the hardest hit for the most part.
Columbia
(I think that is Lexington County
) & Charleston were the cities worst hit.
I saw something on FB about a rescue taking up donations, but I have no idea if they are legit.

Same type of thing happened years ago with hurricane Floyd. Large animals are always the last to be rescued and the last to be publicized. I've been looking for more info & stories just to see what needs there are --- I've seen one story and that's it so far. I know there has to be more.

( I hope they get them saved and donations and hay pour in. I always feel bad for the animals in situations like this because like a previous poster noted, they are the last to be rescued and considered.
