The OP asked for documents and I don't have any so my info could be argued as not being factual. I'm sure the real facts will eventually come out without my help.
Can't blame me for asking. Like anywhere on the Internet, folks are gossiping like crazy about this. I think most take what they read with a grain of salt.

One of my favorite quotes. I agree that eventually the truth will come out. It always does. I do think it is natural for people to be curious about the legal circumstances and the destination of this great mare. There is a lot that can be learned from this situation. |

I wasn't blaming you for asking and I can certainly understand people being interested in what's going on. But if what I was told isn't in the court documents for the public, then I don't feel it's my place to fill in the blanks. I already know what would happen next. Someone wouldn't be able to find it with Google so they'd just come back with my facts not being able to be justified....blah, blah, blah. The next thing you know I'm in the middle of the feeding frenzy as the main course. Like I said...I think I'll pass on that. |

I'm not sure I appreciate your implied innuendo. I happen to live in the same state that this mess is being tried in. The barrel racing world is small here. Of course everyone knows what's going on. I knew it was about to become an issue back in June/July. |

| Although I would love to know the facts, I understand why SKM is not going to spill the beans. I have watched certain people rip her to shreds for telling the facts/truth on this site. One time for sure it was just simply letting us know what was happening at a big rodeo that she was watching. I love BHW for all I learned - feeding, training and horse care- but we sure can eat our own at the drop of a hat. I know she doesn't need me to stick up for her, but it's my way of thanking her for her insightful and educational posts. There are several ladies on here that I really respect for their knowledge and willingness to share that knowledge and SKM is one of those. |

I was told last night that Movin was already sold. I posted it a couple times, but it was erased. I guess that means only absolute verifiable facts are now allowed. |
