Location: somewhere up north | We've never been to this while at the NFR and was curious what people opinions were of it? Worth going to see? I can't find much information on it. And which one? Benny Binions or Futurity Bronc sale (Friday)?
Do they have vendors at south point? |

Location: Utah | We have gone and enjoy it. My husband has rode in it as a Bronc rider. If you like the roughstock and the pedigree's of the bulls and horses it is good to watch. |

Location: North Dakota | I have not been to the sales-have a friend that loves going to it, but his grandsons ride bareback horses-so he eats that stuff up. I wanted to chime in about the south point=If I ever go back for the NFR that is where I will go to stay! They have a lot of vendors-there is 2 arena's with something going on all the time-we sat and watched some team roping last year. The NFR viewing at the south point is very nice-snacks/drinks and several large screens some give aways too. The best part-the south point is where they give away the go round buckles every night-what an awesome thing to go see-it is a small space so get there early as you can-but getting to hear the contestants and stock contractors talk is pretty cool! Plus, you can actually afford to have a cocktail at the bar versus a lot of the other places to stay in Vegas. |

| The bucking horse futurity I believe is on the Saturday and it is a class act.
Those horses I find better buckets then the ones at the nfr
I also heard this year they have added mini broncs from Thursday to Saturday I believe. I am excited to watch some of this as we have 6 Canadians participating in this. |

| The reason we are going. Last time we went was in 2006 and the sale was held at the T&M.I enjoyed the far less crowded and casual environment than the actual NFR. Sounds like the format has changed> Hope it is still enjoyable. |

I would love to see the minis! That would be funny. I wonder what day? I don't see it on the website. |

The mini bronc world championships are at the Cowboy Christmas arena at the LVCC.
They buck them at 3pm on the 4th, and then the short go is at 3pm on the 6th! |

To be honest - go to both.
The horses and cowboys are AWESOME and you won't be disappointed - we attended both days when we went (2010 and 2011). The auction was interesting to see who/what was bringing the $$$. |

| Go Thursday, great permit challenge with the horses and bulls that sell. The vendors are fresh and not crowded. It is a nice change of pace from all the other Cowboy Christmas shows. We went last year and really enjoyed it. |

| Can someone tell me what date and time the sale is. To me this was the best part, sadly last year a stock contractor told us the wrong time, so we missed it. |

| OK, so does anybody know the price of tickets at the door? The online price is $12. How close is this to a sellout at Southpoint? This is the biggest reason we are going and don't want to miss it because we didn't prebuy tickets. |
