I wormed less then a month ago and one of mine is showing signs of worms, loss of muscle, kind of ribby, dull hair, etc. I used Quest Gel Plus. Suggestions on good wormers that will work please? Thanks

You might call your vet and ask for a suggestion ... I'm not 100% positive on the withdrawl period for Quest but I wouldn't worm with a different product just yet; especially since you're still within one month of giving Quest. Mixing worming agents can have serious side effects ...
Another idea - snag a fecal float. Often these are cheap and can ID worms and eggs present in your horse. They'll tell you load amounts and thus you can worm with the agent that is directed for the worms you have.
ETA - Look up what the fecal costs through your state's Diagnostic Vet lab ... fecals usually don't require vet submissions and you can directly send them the sample too.

Ditto. Don't give another wormer yet, and probably pull a fecal so you know what to worm for and with.

Pull a fecal, have it checked... If wormy... Panacur Power Pack for 5 days or Safe Guard Power Dose. It's Fenbendozol. I'm currently doing this as we speak per my horses vet. You can only do this treatment every 6 months. It's a double dose of the Fenbendozol for the 5 days...

Quest and Quest plus are 90 day wormers ... if your horse was heavily infested you need to wait 60 days for it to get over the worming and start showing signs of good health. Make sure you have a good feeding program. ... It is also slower to kill round worms and you will probably see horse even scratching its butt at 10-14 days after giving Quest Plus ...
Your horse sounds normal after giving Quest Plus ... it is a strong wormer and one of the few ... NOT TO OVERDOSE OR GIVE TO YOUNGER HORSES ... wait and give to a yearling not a 6 month old weanling they are having enough stress with out adding Quest Plus to the list ..
Again .. give this wormer time to work .. feed well and in 60 days you will like what you see ...
This is your best round worm only wormer ...
http://www.bigdweb.com/Pyrantel-Wormer-236g-Single-Dose-Syringe/pro...
and then use ivermectin or Quest 30 days later .. no need for power packs with safeguard or panacur .. would you take 10 aspirin for a headache??
Take the time to read the product label that comes as a sheet of paper like this ...
http://www.bigdweb.com/labelpdfs/213QP.pdf
....
I use Holidays as a reminder of my worming schedule and the time inbetween match the 90 days for Quest and the 60 days for Ivermectin and all it takes is 5 wormings per year to keep horses in great condition ........
NEWYEARS WEEK ... use Quest // Plus . 90 day
EASTER WEEK .. use Ivermectin // 60 day
JULY 4TH WEEK ..
LABOR DAY WEEK ..
HALLOWEEN WEEK ..
AND THEN YOU ARE BACK TO NEW YEARS DAY TO START ALL OVER ..
FYI:
The correct way a powerpack is planned ... 5 days of double dosing safeguard or panacur ... then at 30 days Ivermectin and then 30 days Quest ..... this is more than the Holiday worming costs for a whole year ...
GOOD LUCK
