I dont know that I would let anyone who was suing me come to my events, recruit fans and awareness for their business and then allow them to enter in my rodeos if some sort of mediation wasn't taking place.

The PRCA has no control over Cowboy Christmas or any of the tradeshows.....

You would if you had no choice. I believe a temporary restraining order was granted as part of the lawsuit that basically preserves the status quo -- i.e., keeps things going like they were before the controversy started. The December 29th hearing is to determine if it should be made a permanent injunction while the suit is pending or if the temporary one should be lifted and the PRCA can restrict according to their new rules.

This is why a retraining order was put in place that keeps the PRCA from using their new rule against any ERA member.
