How many times are you able to go out to a clinic? Once a year, once every two years, or three times a year? Leave your comments below!

I use to go to a clinic at least once a year, but due to College and Work taking over, I have no time. I love clinics. If I had the time I'd go every week!

If I had my way, I'd go twice a year. As it is, it's more an annual thing, and that's if I'm lucky. I didn't get one in this year, I'm pulling hard on my memories from my last one. I did get ahold of some good DVDs that help a lot!

I would love to go annually BUT I've 2x's in the last 5 years. Then it was probably 5 years prior to that. I love going to a clinic.

We have started scheduling limited clinics for 2016. I have discussed a possible general horsemanship clinic that would benefit the barrel racing community with a member on this forum in the Tulsa area. If there is any interest in this or hosting a clinic, please contact me. Clinic would be by professional horsewoman, Katie Dove, and focus on controlling all parts of the horse, flexion and body collection, and transitions.

When I was in Kansas I would go to the Josey Clinic every year for about 15 years. I was usually in charge of selling the tack, etc. But would also participate every once in a while.

I used to go with my young horses since I wasn't paying entry fees on them yet.  But, the last few years I've been sending mine out for 30 day tuneups each spring and working with a trainer throughout the summer and I find that much more beneficial.  For not that much more $$.
