| I really like total equine gold oil....i use to feed all the expensive supplements from smart pak as well. I really am starting to like this stuff - it works on the cellular level and helps a multitude of problems. equinetotalgold.com - you can read about it.

I have heard a lot of good things about the CurOst and was suggested to try it on my gelding but I am confused how you pick what to use? This horse had allergy issues in the past so when I looked at it I assumed he would need that formula? Do you have to feed the Total as well as the other formulas or can you just feed whichever formula you want?
I have used the OxyGen in the past and I think I liked it. I say think because my horse looked awesome but he got so hot (he is not a hot horse at all) and I haven't decided if it was that or the grain he was on. He is parked at a round bale in snow right now so I haven't had the chance to experiment with it.
Go to secondvet.com and get on the forum to ask Dr. Schell. He is a very nice man who is always willing to take the time to explain the products to you. That is what I did for my horses and me. |

Check out the Second Vet forum. I'm sure he will suggest Total and Immune for the first 90 days, then you can back down to just Total. That is what I did with my allergy ridden horse. I think I'm going to keep a bag of Immune around just in case.
I have horses on Green, some on Total, and my older gelding on Plus.
I tried OxyGen last summer as well, and had the same dealings. |

Location: Probably On the Road to the Next Barrel Race! | I did buy the Santa Cruz, as the ingredients were exactly the same as Platinum. I went to the AAEP Convention in Vegas and point blank asked the Platinum rep why I should buy Platinum instead of Santa Cruz...something about that since Platinum also makes human products, they are more heavily scrutinized by the FDA, so therefore "their products are better". Not really buying that. My horse looks great on Santa Cruz. MUCH chaper than Platinum.as far as joint supplement goes, stick with injectable..bear in mind, that aaaany injectable lasts 96 hours in your horses system, period.. So keep their hocks, etc, done, but use the Adequan/Legend/polyglycan HA 2 days before a race. Poly is the cheapest. |
