Cold hands and Warm Heart
Location: oklahoma | Her mother posted today on fb. Her girls look happy and of course, growing. I read the posts from time to time on fb, and only knew her on here. It was heartbreaking, yet so inspirational how her faith sustained her. |

She passed away from cancer. It was heartbreaking to read her posts .She is an inspiration to me as well as many others. I wish we could bring her posts back but it was sooo heartwrenching.Even after she passed I never wanted her posts to leave the first page.when it got to the bottom I cried and it faded away but it stayed on the first page for quite awhile. |

That is so sad. I got the news that one of my high school teachers passed away today from cancer. Such a devastating disease. . . . |

| I remember how upset I was when she died (and I had never met her). It was just that such a young life was gone. It just seemed somehow that I thought she would get better and not die. Cancer just flat sucks. |

Location: In The Snow, AZ | I was also one waiting for her to get better. The sort of miraculous recovery that would stun the doctors.... Hope faded, of course, when she had decided to quit posting... My heart broke for her young, beautiful family. Still aches today. I'm glad her kids look happy. I can't imagine the devastation. Sending prayers today. I didn't know her either, but it feels like a fresh wound today. |

Location: Borger, Tx | If anyone is interested in going to the FB page it's; Believing in miracles for Melissa. Her mother posts to it regulararly with pictures of the girls, memories and her journey of losing Melissa at such an early age. Breaks my heart as I think back on afternoons riding with her and the girls and going to barrel races. She was the most amazing mother to her girls and a wonderful friend, miss her and think about her alot. |
