| i bought a new phone and jetpack in august a droid turbo and the jetpack of the month. they came and changed my jetpack out new one would not work and had to turn around and send it back, threw that and old phone in the box back to them. the turbo i dont rembember what happenend stopped working right about six weeka ago so they sent me another i called used phone the plastic screem protecter been through the works well the phone will not pick up more than 2 bars people call me will go through sometimes go straight to voice mail, and it is scratchy is what my friends also i cant not hear unless on speeker phone, called them after hours sent me another changed it over something on the phone just didnot act right so i kept the other phone i glad i did with 5 days would not make or recieve calls. got on the phone again for hours. by that time they charged me 1000.00 for the 2 phones, so i called they supposed to credit me back gave me 880.00 out of 1000.00 call again they slip me to tech support with the phone that out cant heat do some hokus pokus change its still same phone call next day spend an another hour send me a new droid 2 so go to verizon store to get it changed so they cant blame me, left yesturday went to make a phone call send me to financail services, cant make calls on a saturday. so i come home fire my jet pack up only to find out i do have service. i am sorry i upgraded. anyone. i wish i could walk away. also since i got this phone been buring my data up. yes last week i also quized them about the 880.00 they did give me a little credit. all i read on the internet. just went throught ths same with our busuness internet got worse than dial up call customer advocate persom they put me on another line and gave me a good credit. but on this wireless situation nothing and i bet i spent 40 hours on the phone, they send to some tech guy who keeps repeating we have to go thru a bunch of steps to see it is the phone, just keeps repeating this for 30 minutes. just terrible.

           Location: Florida.. | I didnt understand what you mean a little scrambled.. other then my turbo works great.. I dont have a jet pac though whatever that is.. maybe you need to make sure your cell is on the correct area.. if you go out of town it may be on wrong cell tower.. |

| i have a friend that had a droid turbo put them next to each other he had 4 bars i had between 1 and 2. but when you talk on the phone it has some noise coming from the speaker sounds like something frying in a pan and sometimes when you call it it will either ring 3 times and go bump bump bump anfd then nothing. i just went on a website its a forum about complaints to large companies over 3500 complaints for verizon. when you call them they keep putting you on hold to do somwthing and after half hour when you have told them your complaint about a dozon times and they act like you dont understand english, you get tired and hang up and about the tird time you might get someone whoes says they can help you. these guys are worse than direct tv. a jet pack is how i get internet.

| they sent me a new droid went to store yesturday spent an hour in there got down the road cant make call sends me to financial service but my internet is good so its not a fincial problem,i can recieve calls but cant make them. had people to call today. there customer service is horrific. tried to call any number the phone would call last night could not get a live body. went on intewrnet they have thousands of complaints on there customer service did find out when you call if they put you on hold unless you here music you are on mute. |

      Location: north dakota | I had a terrible time with the jet pack and it made my year when our local phone company dug in fiber optic cable and I got internet through that. My old boss had one too and it did about the same. Used a lot of data and would quit working off and on. I've had terrible luck also when I had a refurbished phone after the one I originally received was defective. 3 other people had the same phone that never had a problem.
I've been a customer of Verizon for years. Cell service providers are limited in my area so I'm with them because the other providers are worse |

| i called the customer advacate number and i was on hold and found another overcharge od 200.00 and that turkey kept me on the phone for 91 minutes and said i kept a phone, whick i didnot. that charge was 6 months, he said he would have to check the wearhose and get back to me, i told him that wil not happen. went on a website called ****ed said to call corporate, i did at 4:45 got a nice lady. they removed that 200.00 and gave me 100.00 for my trouble. those guys are nasty. they will ack like they are putting you on hold and if you dont hear music they put you on mute. now hopefully my new phone works.
