| Pain can have a purifying power in our lives in that it drives us toward The Lord and His healing power.
It nags, it gnaws, it festers, it stays with us until we deal with it.
Oh, we may attempt to deny our emotional pain or to sublimate it. All really succeed in doing, however, is to push the pain deeper in our spirits. To be truly healed of our pain, we must face it, take it to The Lord, let Him begin the leaking work in us, and them choose to live in accordance with what He tell us to do.
The good news is that The Lord begins to do the healing work in as,that work purifies us. Our hearts and minds are cleansed. We are able to regain balance. Our strength is renewed. And we can go forward in life with new vigor.
God's part is to initiate a closer relationship with us. Our part is to choose to respond correctly. The Lords best for you is going to be better than anything you can choose!
Choose to turn to His Word. no matter what I'm feeling good bad, discouraged. Or encouraged I turn to the Word of God.
And pray Father, I give myself to You. You know who I am and what is in my best interest. I'm trusting You to give me the things I need and to give me those things that are truly going to benefit me. father guide me to do all things that bring glory and honor to You AMEN
I have a peace, a calm come over me. I try not to make decisions from my emotions, but from my heart in the name of Jesus.
The Christian life is to be lived day by day. If you have your mind co tiny ally engaged in thinking about long range goals. Or ways in which you can achieve , earn, or have something out yonder, you"ll miss today's blessings. You'll be less able to enjoy the relationships and good things that God has give you to enjoy right now. You may miss the dry thing that would satisfy you the most!
When the Bible says " The just shall live by faith" Romans 1:7. Hebrews 10:38 it means precisely what we ate talking about, that those who are truly in the standing with God live with their faith fully activated in a living God, who's is going to lead them into the right paths, give them the best blessings, provide for them, all that they
need and reveal to the, the deepest and ,oat meaningful I sights I to His Word and His ways. To life by faith on a daily basis, you need to deal with emotional hurts as they come your way. You must take each thought captive. You must feel each feeling . You must repent quickly of each sin. Don't let yourself stuff emotions, thoughts, sins,into the deep recesses of your spirit to deal with the, later. Deal with then even now. God begins the healing work in us instantly, the moment we request His presence and ask Him to do His work within us.
The mor we are healed emotionally, the softer we become emotionally. We become more tolerant and sensitive. When that happens, we are in position to become agents of healing others.
For it is WITH God all things are possible
