(did a search, didn't find much)
very low WBC and low platelets on the CBC. Horse has never acted, "sick," just a little body sore and not much stamina. Hasn't gone off his feed. And so I haven't taken his temp, I did when bloodwork came back and it was 99.3.
From reading, I'm thinking Ehrlichiosis.
Going to treat with Doxycycline.
Has anyone used anything different?
suggestions of Supplements to help them recover?

I had a young gelding get Ehrlichiosis, aka tick fever, many moons ago. We lived an area of northern California where it was pretty common. He was treated with antibiotics and recovered just fine. We didn't use any special supplements for him, but then again, there weren't the number and variety on the market then as there are now. BTW, he'll turn 29 next month and is happily munching hay in the barn right now.  Hope yours gets better real soon!

doxycycline is the drug of choice for tickborne diseases. I would follow your vet's recommendations.

Black cumin essential oil...maybe 10cc for 2 weeks in the mouth. That was something we used last summer. Worked great
