I love the humor so no worries haaha!
And thank you everybody for your help. Also turns out that my "dad/grandpa" figure is not expected to make it through today, well last night even but he's still here so I think that might be a bit of what going on too.

I worked with both of mine up till the day I had them. First job I had I worked at our hospital as a administrative assistant to 8 different nursing directors.. high stress lots of walking to different departments all the time. I was horribly sick for the whole nine months with our daughter.. plus had her in January as one of the worst ice storms in history here happened. 12 days with no power.. and we farm and ranch too with 430 head of cows. I worked that Monday and never knew I was in labor.. felt funny about 8 that night went you hospital and checked in and I was 8 cm already.. had her in 2 hours. That was 9 years ago. Our boy is 8 months old now.. worked up till the day I had him too.. I had switched jobs to administrative assistant at an assisted living 2 years ago, but I also help take residents to doctor appts so lifting is heavy. I was also sick the whole 9 months with our boy.. both pregnancies I gained 14 pounds. One was 7 pounds 3oz and the other was 7 pounds 14oz. Our boy surprised me.. figured would have short labor since our daughter was so easy.. nope 19 hours of labor ending up in csection. I also helped on the farm here too.. learned to just sit down while you can and try to rest.. it is rough but work till you have them so you can spend that time with them!!

I worked up until I had mine, too. Work as an admin assistant for a manufacturing co. Lots of steps and big warehouse (think Costco size.) Also cleaned stalls daily and rode horses, including a 2 year old colt until I was too fat to get on. (Around 7-8 months.) I cleaned the stalls and worked the horses until a day before I was induced. I only went on maternity leave 3 days before baby was due because the office closed for the New Year's holiday and it was stupid for me to go to work for one day, and then get induced. I say spend all the time you can with the new baby, but everyone's body is different.
