Aww, thanks for checking on me Roxie!  We did get hammered with 15 inches from Sunday to Monday.  Water everywhere, pastures flooded, water above fence lines in some areas but house and barn are high and dry, all animals are good.   Our little town of Sealy has been declared a disaster with all the destruction done to the roads.    Here are a couple of pictures taken from my back porch.  Water has gone down since these were taken. .  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W6eIdWUTVr4&sns=em

Wow! You got a lake there. Glad to hear eveyrone is alright though! Drove to Houston Saturday to pick up mom from the airport and then a couple days later you see the flooding that happened, so unreal!  We have been getting plenty of it, but not near as much as you had. And I was gripping about my yard/ pastures changing into a bayou.... but seeing this, I will just stop gripping.....

Yea, we are ok. Just had standing water while it was raining. Last time we had this weather our garage and mudroom floaded, but so far we have not have that happen luckily.
