| Just curious if anyone is still using just Glucosamine injections for their horses? I have used Pentosan gold for years, adequan, Legend, Polyglycan, etc. Was shopping around and Man, I like the proce of 24.00 a bottle for 10 doses vs. 124.00 a bottle for 5 doses! LOl I did some research and I am getting mixed reviews. Thanks! |

Where are you finding it for that price!?! Count me in! 
I don't currently, but gave it for a while to my navic gelding as well as my mare for maintenance while running. No complaints, and I do believe it helped. |

Horseprerace.com and racehorsemeds.com have it for 24.95 a bottle and its a 100ml bottle. Instructions say 20cc a day for 5 days in a row but thats pretty darn steep. lol I am thinking 5-10cc is good. I just ordered some polyglycan but sure like just glucosamine if I can get with that. |

Thanks all. For the price I think I will order couple bottles. I don't think I am going to do 20cc a day for 5 days in a row but maybe 20 cc every other week or so. |

Location: Lost in the corn of Iowa. | I know it's 2 injections, but why not just buy the Glucosamine and the Pentosan and give it. It comes out to only $2 more expensive an injection than the Pentosan Gold. |

I would rather not stick an extra needle in my horse. I already use Polyglycan on the weekends I run them this is just for maybe once a month/every 2 weeks as maintenence. The bottle says IV. But I guess you can also give it IM. |
